Front

Removing the front wheel

•

Place a support under the motorcycle, which allows to lift the front wheel off the ground.

•

Remove the brake callipers.

•

Loosen the two screws fixing the pin to the fork legs.

•

Remove the pin, the spacers and remove the wheel.

Installing the front wheel

•

Insert the complete wheel between the fork legs.

•

Lubricate the shank and thread of the wheel axle with the recommended grease.

•

Grease the threads present in the left fork leg.

•

Place the spacers and tighten the wheel axle.

•

Tighten the two screws fixing the spindle to the fork leg to the specified torque.

•

Refit the clamp or brake callipers tightening the fixing screws to the specified torque.

•

Check that the discs slide freely within the clamps, then repeatedly actuate the brake lever

to bring the clamps pistons back in the normal position.
