Place the gasket on the box..

•

Temporarily secure the cover with four

screws.

•

Insert the transmission shaft on the

cover and screw it tight.

•

Insert the sealing ring (OR) (7), the

thickness washer (8), the crown of the

odometer transmission and the retain-

ing ball on the secondary shaft.

•

Temporarily tighten the nut on the sec-

ondary shaft.

•

Install on the pre-selector shaft the

start tool code 14928700.

Specific tooling

14.92.87.00

 

Pre-selector start

•

Adjust the gear shift with an eccentric

screw after loosening the lock nut until

the gear change is soft.

•

Try the gear changes from the 1st to

5th gear and up-shifting from 5th to 1st

and then in "neutral". If the shifting is

difficult, disassemble the cover again

and shim properly between the box

and the drum, in case of difficulty of the

shifting from 1st to 3rd gear and be-

tween the drum and the cover, in case
