BY PUMPING THE SHOCK ABSORBER

WITH THE ROD, FROM THE END OF THE ROD, A JET OF
COMPRESSED OIL ESCAPES, SO TO PREVENT DAMAGE
TO PERSONS OR OBJECTS DIRECT THE END OF THE
ROD TOWARDS A SPECIFIC CONTAINER.

•

Carefully check each part of the stanchion and make sure that there are no damaged ele-

ments.

•

If there are no damaged or worn elements, refill the stem; otherwise, replace the damaged

elements.

Disassembling the fork

•

Drain all the oil from the stem.

•

Tighten the wheel holder sleeve in a

vice.

•

Undo the bottom screw and remove it

with the corresponding gasket.

•

Remove the dust scraper using a

screwdriver as a lever.

CAUTION

BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SLEEVE RIM AND
THE DUST SCRAPER.
