Removing the secondary shaft

•

Slide off the 5th gear (1), recovering the shim (4).

•

Slide off the 1st gear (2) with the relative roller cage (3), remove the rubber seal ring, slide

off the bushing (5) and remove the sliding sleeve (6) of the 1st and 2nd gear.

•

Lock the shaft in vice by interposing the ductile metal shoes.

•

Unscrew the seal nut (7) clockwise.

•

Remove the bearing, the 4th gear (8) with the shimming washer (19), remove the roller cage

(9).

•

Extract the sliding sleeve (10) of the 4th and 3rd gear, slide off the grooved fixed sleeve (11)

and remove the 3rd gear (12) with bushing (13), roller cage (14) and intermediate washer

(15).

•

Then extract the 2nd gear (16) with the relative roller cage (17) and bushing (18).
