Disassembling the clutch shaft

•

With the extractor code 14928500, slide off the inner track of the roller bearing and the

thickness nut (1).

•

Then place the complete shaft on a press and with a special extractor code 12905900 com-

press the spring so far to be able to slide off the two flexible coupling cap sealing semi-

sectors (2) and slide off: - The cap (3); - the springs (4); - the sleeve with coupling (5); - the

transmission gear bearing (6).

Check the teeth of the gears, they must be free from grain and excessive consumption, otherwise

replace the shaft.

Check that the surface where the rolls are working is smooth and are not scored or distorted, also check

the inside hollows of the bushing: they must appear smooth.
