Extract the ball bearing (14) for the
main shaft with the extractor code
14907000.
•
Extract the roller bearing (15) for the
clutch shaft with the extractor code
14913100.
•
Undo the screws (16) and remove the
safety plate (17).
•
Extract the bearing (18) for the secon-
dary shaft with the extractor code
17949260.
Specific tooling
14.91.31.00 Extractor for needle bearing for
main shaft on the box and for clutch shaft on
cover
17.94.50.60 Extractor for outer track of the sec-
ondary shaft roller bearing on the box and out-
er track of the bearings on the case
17.94.92.60 Extractor for clutch shaft bearing
on the box and for the secondary shaft on the
cover
14.90.70.00 Extractor for ball bearing for main
shaft on the cover
Removing the primary shaft
•
Slide off the sleeve of 5a (6).
•
With a special punch press the retain-
ing pawl down (1) and turn the bushing
(2) so as to release it from the grooves.
•
Extract the bushing (2) and remove the
pawl (1), the spring (3), the roller cage
(4) and the 5th gear (5).
•
With the special extractor slide off the
inner track of the roller bearing
