THIS TYPE OF FITTING WAS IMPLEMENTED UP TO
FRAME NUMBER "KD115427"

CALIFORNIA EV (2001)

The above mentioned motorcycles are equipped from the first motorcycle produced with a pin that is

screwed directly into the fork leg.

REMOVAL TYPE 1

•

Place the vehicle on the centre stand

(if present)

•

In any case place a support under the

motorcycle, which allows to lift the front

wheel off the ground

•

Remove the screws (3) securing the

clamps to the fork legs

•

Remove the clamp or the clamps from

the brake discs;

•

With the specific wrench unscrew the

retaining nut (2) of the wheel axle

•

Loosen the 4 screws (3) fixing the pin

to the fork legs

•

Remove the pin (1) with the relative

spacers and remove the wheel
