The inner body (10) of the clutch on the shaft. The
safety washer (11). The ring nut (12) locking the
inner body on the clutch shaft. To lock the ring nut
to use tool code 30912810 and hook spanner code
14912603. Bend a flap of the safety washer into a
slot of the ring nut.
Specific tooling

Refitting of the clutch control in the clutch
shaft and on the gearbox cover
•
The inner body (13) on the shaft.
•
The thrust bearing (14) on the shank of
the inner body.
•
The outer body (15) with the seal ring
(16) of the cover fitted.
•
The control rod (17) in the box side
shaft.
•
The lever on the cover complete with
adjuster screw and lock nut with pin
and cotter pins (18).
•
The lever return spring in the slot on
the cover (19).
Fitting of the gearbox complete with shafts and gears on the engine.
For the refitting of the gearbox on the engine, operate as follows:
•
Insert the gearbox on the stud bolts mounted on the engine, making sure to perfectly insert
the inner body of the clutch on both driven plates of the clutch already pre-assembled.
•
Tighten and lock the nuts on the stud bolts and the screws fixing the gearbox to the engine.
Adjusting the clutch control lever on the box
Fit the gearbox on the engine, adjust the clutch
control lever operating as follows:
•
Tighten or loosen the adjusting screw
after loosening the lock nut. The meas-
ure to be obtained between the gear-
box cover level and the centre of the
spherical slot where the roller on the
