With engine unit removed

•

Unscrew the four screws and remove

the alternator cover.

•

Slide off the rubber and the plastic

flange.

•

Apply the specific locking tool on the

engine flywheel.

Specific tooling

12.91.18.01

 

Tool to lock the flywheel and the

starting ring gear

•

Unscrew the central nut (1) that se-

cures the rotor.

•

Remove the stator (2) by removing the

three fixing screws (3).

•

Remove the washer and take out the

rotor.

IN ORDER TO AVOID DEMAGNETIZATION INSERT THE
ROTOR AGAIN IN THE STATOR PREVIOUSLY REMOVED.
