Open the
Visual Instrument Setup
dialog box:

Click on the
grating for
the
emission
mono-
chromator.
The
Grating/Turret
dialog
box appears:

Click on the
Calibrate... button.
This opens the
Enter Correct
Position
dialog box:

Enter 397 nm, the
actual peak position
using 350-nm
excitation.

Click OK to close the dialog box.
The emission monochromator now should be calibrated.

Click OK to close the
Grating/Turret
dialog box.
