Slits
dialog box.
Set the excitation
entrance and exit slits

mm.
Set the emission
entrance and exit slits
to
0
mm (closed).
Click
OK
to close the
window.
If the slits’ units are not
in millimeters (mm), then open
Visual Instrument Setup
, select
Options
,
then
Units
, and set the slits’ units to
mm
. Use the reference (
R
) detector
channel.

Click
Run
to execute the scan.
