the seconds of the clock is 1~29 seconds, the seconds value will be automatically set to “0” (zero)
seconds and the minutes will not change. If the seconds of the clock are between 30~59 seconds,
the seconds value will be automatically set to “0” (zero) seconds but the minutes will increase by 1
minute.
