Clock Synchronization feature
MultiVantage R11 (or later) includes a Time of Day (TOD) Clock Synchronization feature
which allows you to maintain synchronous clock times across a multi-site contact center
network. Maintenance of accurate TOD settings is important for many functions, such as:
