Check the Output of the N4916B (Clock Multiplier Part) Using a
Scope ( Clock Multiplier 2)
Following are the steps to test clock multiplier 2 using a scope:

Connect PG Clock Out to Clock Multiplier Clock In
2
Terminate PG Clock Out with 50 Ohm
3
Termiate PG Trigger Out with 50 Ohm
4
Terminate Clock Multiplier Clock In with 50 Ohm
5
Set Clock Multipiler to 2
6
Measure the signal on scope. It will show an output like the following:
