tasterMonitorGeo NC request for monitoring of touch probe
tasterMonitorPlc PLC request for monitoring of touch probe
measure The touch probe has triggered. (If “tasterMonitorGeo”
is set with the message “GmProbeMonitoring,”
“tasterMonitorPlc” will also be set.) Use M141 to stop
the monitoring of the touch probe temporarily (“GmPlc-
ProbeMonitoring”). This resets “tasterMonitorPlc.”
