Meaning/Cause Countermeasure
Tracking was attempted after the first
point data in the position monitoring array
has passed the work area. Use the CRMVQUE command to
delete the data that indicates the first
point data in the position monitoring
array has passed the work area, and
then review the robot program and
change it so that the CTMOVE
statement will be executed.

array. Use the CADDQUE command to add
data to the position monitoring array,
