Check the following points from outside the safety enclosure.
Check points Check items
Safety enclosure
Check if the safety enclosure is in place.
Check if emergency stop is triggered when the door or
gate is opened.
Emergency stop device
Check if emergency stop is triggered when the device is
activated.
Mode selector device
Check if the mode is properly switched when the device
is activated.
Robot movement Check for abnormal movement, vibration, and noise.
2.2 Three-month inspection
The following inspection must be performed every 3 months.
1. Inspection to be performed with the controller power turned off

WARNING
• Turn off The conTroller power swiTch on The conTrol panel or The
primary power supply.
• place a sign “work in progress” in order To keep oTher persons from
operaTing The conTroller power swiTch.
Check the following points.
Check points Check items
Power supply connector Check the power supply connector for looseness.
Power cable
Check if the power cable is securely connected to the
power supply connector.
Robot cable
Check if the robot cable is securely connected to the
controller.
Cables
Check for scratches, excessive bending, and loose
connectors.
Fan filter
Check the fan filter for dust and damage.
