Meaning/Cause Action
Failed to detect the motor magnetic pole
when the servo was turned on.
a. Servo wire is broken or misconnected.
b. Position sensor cable is miswired.
c. Axis parameter setting related to motor
control is wrong.
1. Correct the motor wiring.
2. Check the position sensor cable
wiring.
3. Correct the parameter setting.
17.111 : Controller fan failed
Code : &H116F
Meaning/Cause Action
Power is not supplied to the controller
cooling fan.
a. An open-circuit fault occurred in the
cable for the controller cooling fan.
b. The ROB I/O cable has short-circuited.
c. The controller has failed.
An abnormal condition occurred in the
controller cooling fan.
d. The controller cooling fan has failed.
e. The controller has failed.
1. Replace the cable for the controller
cooling fan.
2. Replace the ROB I/O cable.
3. Replace the controller.
4. Replace the controller cooling fan.
5. Replace the controller.

Meaning/Cause Action
a. Motor current higher than rated current
has flown due to excessive load on
motor.
b. Motor drive parts were mechanically
locked.
c. Electromagnetic brake failure or wire
breakage.
d. Robot number setting is incorrect. 1. Reduce the load on the motor.
Correct the payload or acceleration
parameter.
Lower the operation duty on the robot.
2. Check the conditions of the movable
parts.
Perform maintenance on the robot.
3. Replace the electromagnetic brake.
4. Set the correct robot number and
initialize the parameters.
