It is recommended to connect the pressure terminal sockets to externally
mounted sockets – e.g. UAE sockets for U
pn
ports, and telephone sockets for
a/b ports. You can plug these connecting sockets into terminals and do not
have to switch off the device to do this.
Connecting a line between hardware units
With the wall version of the hardware units, you can place the telephony
connections within the housing yourself. The left and right sides of the
housing have recesses (1) for this. Fixate the telephony lines with cable
fasteners in the mounts designed for this (2). You must then break off the
release flaps of the service panel lid as well.
