Example: Configuration on a Forum IPhone 5030

Perform Action when ACD Queue Full

In combination with the integrated application

Forum ACD

the remote

Remote switching

function allows for an action if the ACD queue reaches a

critical size. One application example would be to install a warning lamp in the
agents' pause room, that starts flashing once the call queue indication turns
to red.

You can configure the function in the

Configurator

, menu

Applications >

with the settings:

Note:
