AVR function as well as the location of the tap changer at the moment. Information about
the settings and AVR status is found in this part.

Control settings

Control settings include the operating mode selection (Auto / Manual) and the control
pulse length max and minimum settings for the used output contacts. Instant operation the
minimum wait time between pulses is also set here.
