General specification

When operating the unit in external voltage regulation mode:

• Minimum voltage setpoint in this mode = 0.1 V

• Maximum forward power in the voltage control mode = 1800

Typical settling time is 8 μs to 10 μs when operating on 50 Ω load
with peak detector from the AE Low Frequency Fixed Match.
Settling time is measured from the start of step disturbance to 90%
change of the output voltage.

10.7 V, which causes the generator to pull back output power down
to 0 W.
