Command sequence

Issue commands in this order from the indicated interface:

1. Set to voltage control (DC bias) mode at the

User

port.

2. Wait 20 ms.

3. Turn RF ON at the

User

port.

4. Wait 10 ms.

5. Set voltage set point at the

User

port.

To set the unit to voltage
control (DC bias) mode with a
set point and turn RF on when:

• RF is off

• Unit is set to power

regulation mode

• Set point is zero

Issue commands in this order from the indicated interface:
