7.15 Upright Chest Cassette Holder (Old Style)

The TranStar® Trauma/OB/GYN Stretcher Upright Chest Cassette Holder
attaches to the back section of the stretcher and allows for x-ray shots of the
patient’s chest/back. It will support a cassette with a maximum weight of 12 lb
(5 kg).

Installation

Tools required:

Ratchet

T25 Torx®

1

head bit

Screwdriver

1. Raise the head section to the high position.

2. Using the ratchet and T25 Torx® bit, install the screws (A) that secure the

slider bracket (B) to the head section weldment (C) (see figure 7-14 on
page 7-27).
