Siderail Function
24. Raise and lower the siderails. The siderails raise and lower without
binding, excessive force is not required to raise or lower siderails, and the
latch locks into position.

25. Raise and lower the back panel. The back panel moves evenly without
binding.

Foot Support Function
26. Raise and lower the foot supports, as well as rotate in both directions
(forward/backward, up/down) by engaging and disengaging the release
lever and the thumb push lever located underneath the foot supports. The
foot support moves freely with no evidence of binding along both axis. The
gas spring releases and locks throughout its full range of motion, and
disengages completely, returning to its original position with no evidence
of binding.

27. Squeeze the release handle located underneath the foot section. The foot
section releases and is easily stored under the gliding patient surface.
