4.20 Electric Stretcher Knee Drive Assembly
Tools required:
Ratchet
T25 Torx®
1
head bit
½" socket
Hammer
Phillips head screwdriver
3/16" pin punch
Retaining ring removal/installation tool
Blue Loctite®
2
(P/N SA3618) adhesive
Removal
SHOCK HAZARD:
Unplug the unit from its power source. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury and equipment damage.
1. Unplug the stretcher from its power source.
2. Using the 3/16" pin punch and hammer, remove the roll pin (H) that
secures the crank handle weldment (I) to the knee drive assembly (E)
(see figure 4-30 on page 4-61).
