6.1 Minimize wear
All parts of the knitting machine have carefully been selected and checked
by Stoll. Nevertheless, they are subject to wear due to wear. You can keep
the wear to a minimum if you lubricate, clean and check the machine
regularly.
The following table contains an overview of the wearing parts and the
possible causes for excessive wear.
