Manual tripping:
via pneumatic alarm push-button
Automatic tripping:
via thermo-pneumatic tripping elements,
tripping temperature is either 93 °C or 182 °C
Permissible
-30 °C to +50 °C
ambient temperature:
ambient temperature outside of the extinction area
(Extinction agent)
Suitable for:
class A fires (grease fires in deep fryers etc.)
Extinction-agent tank:
capacity of 10 l, 20 l or 50 l depending on the
pipework length and the number of nozzles
Control pressure:
pressure-less in operational condition
After tripping
requirement: 4 bar minimum
With a maximum pipe length of 20 m: 5.5 bar
With a minimum pipe length of 1.5 m: 21 bar
Extinction-agent tank:
pressure-less in operational condition
After tripping
requirement: 11 bar minimum
With a maximum pipe length of 23.75 m: 12,5 bar
With a minimum pipe length of 1.72 m and a
minimum of 5 nozzles: 22 bar
Assembly:
pipe connections between the extinction-agent tank, the tripping
elements and the nozzles made of stainless steel (min. 1.4305).
Thanks to a sophisticated modular structure, the extinguishing
system can be assembled quickly and easily without any special tools.
Depending on the local conditions or the customer's demands,
the extinction-agent tank can be fitted in upright or horizontal position.
Connections:
between the extinction-agent tank and the permanently installed
extinction pipe Ø 15 x 1: M22 x 1.5;
between the extinction-agent tank and the tripping devices
Ø 8 x 1: M14 x 1.5
