7.7 Preventive Maintenance Checklist
The following is the check items of each unit at preventive maintenance.
Symbols/Values used in the checklist
Notes:
• Perform cleaning and lubricating in the following timing. Lubricate the replacement parts
according to the replacement cycle.
- ES9160 MFP: every 125,000 sheets
- ES9170 MFP: every 150,000 sheets
• Values under “Replacement” indicate the replacement cycle for the ES9160 MFP or ES9170
MFP.
• The replacement cycle of the parts in the feeding section equals to the number of sheets fed
from each paper source.
• Be careful not to put oil on the rollers, belts and belt pulleys when lubricating.
