Configuration of Port 9

While the OCDM0 bit is set, the corresponding pins of Port 9 are configured to the on-chip debug
mode and digital input/output cannot be performed. Also, the on-chip pull down resistor connected
to P911/ DRST is likewise controlled by the PD9 control register, but this function may not be 
disabled while the OCDM0 bit is set. Clearing the OCDM0 bit to 0 has the effect of enabling the
digital I/O function on the corresponding pins of Port 9.
