After OSTS time is expired CPU returns to PLL operation mode. (Flash setup time, PLL
lock-up time)

After OSTS time is expired CPU returns to PLL operation mode. If WDT2RES occurs when
counting the oscillation stabilization time, CPU clock changed to ring oscillator.

Remark:
