A/D discharge and diagnostic mode register (ADVMS0)

This register is used to select the extended mode operation of the AD converter.
RESET input clears this register to 01H.

Caution:

When bit CE of ADSCM0H = “1”, it is prohibited to change the value of bit DIAGEN.
Otherwise the operation and the result conversion can not be guaranteed.
