Regulator

20.1 Outline

The V850E/RS1 has an on-chip regulator to lower the power consumption and noise.
This regulator supplies a stepped-down V

power supply voltage to the oscillator block and internal

logic circuits (except the A/D converter and I/O buffer).
The regulator output voltage is set to 2.5 V (

0.2 V).
