21.8.2 Flash memory programming mode
To rewrite the contents of the flash memory by using the dedicated flash programmer, set the
V850E/RS1 in the flash memory programming mode.
To set the mode, set the FLMD0 and FLMD1 pins, and release reset.
Change the mode by using a jumper when performing on-board writing.
