16-Bit Timer/Event Counter P 

The V850E/RS1 includes four channels Timer P (TMP0, TMP1, TMP2 and TMP3).

7.1 Features 

Timer P (TMP) is a 16-bit timer/event counter provided with general-purpose functions. 
TMP can perform the following operations.

16-bit-accuracy PWM output timer

Interval timer 

•

External event counter function (operation not possible when clock is stopped) 

•

Timer synchronised operation function

•

One-shot pulse output 

•

Pulse interval and frequency measurement counter

Free running function
