01 I PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS
Peel potatoes. Place the octopus at the bottom of the
steam basket, cover with potatoes.
02 I YOUR PRESSURE COOKER DOES EVERY-
THING
Pour 3 eco doses of water (75 cl) into the pressure
cooker, position the steam basket. Close the pressure
cooker. As soon as the steam is released, reduce the
heat source and leave it to cook for the time indicated.
Open the pressure cooker, let cool then slice the
potatoes and the octopus in pieces of 2 cm.
Peel and finely slice the red onion and chop the parsley.
03 I THE FINISHING TOUCH
Place all the ingredients in a big bowl. Add the juice of
the lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and allow to
marinate before serving.
