01 I PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS
Clean the "cime di rapa". Peel and thinly slice the garlic,
thinly slice the anchovy filets.
02 I YOUR PRESSURE COOKER DOES EVERY-
THING
Heat olive oil on a high flame in the pressure cooker, add
crumbled chillis, anchovies and garlic then the "cime di
rapa", mix. Pour 1 eco dose of water (25 cl).
Close the pressure cooker. As soon as the steam
escapes, lower thre source of heat and allow to cook
according to time stated.
03 I THE FINISHING TOUCH
In the meantime, cook the orrechiette al dente in boiling
salty water. To strain and pour in the pressure cooker.
Mix and serve.

• 300 g d’orecchiette
• 400 g "cime di rapa"
(broccoli rabe)
• 6 anchovy filets
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 eco dose of water (25 cl)
• 1 small dry pepper
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt
