Description
Indicates when the VAr Bias effect (Lead or Lag) has
exceeded the time limit imposed by the Max VAr Bias
Duration Setting.
There are two types of lockout conditions, Master
lockout and Follower lockout. Any lockout of the
paralleling mode will set the Master/Follower
Lockout Alarm. When a lockout condition exists, the
control issuing the lockout will stop any further
GOOSE publishing and will stop load voltage
regulation. Also, the alarm can be configured as a
DNP event, or as a report in case of IEC 61850. The
lockout state will be displayed on the control front
panel display and in the Master/Follower
Configuration Tool.
Master/Follower Alarm
messages can be observed for
the connected control from the
TCC600® Monitor/Master/
Follower Alarm messages menu
item.
