Hexadecimal input 10=A
Index 9 to 12 :
Offset SEB analog output 1 to 4. The value is specified as
hexadecimal. 4000h=100%=5V.
Index 13 to 16:
Segment for address in Index 1 to 4 for SEB analog
output 1 to 4.
