check the CU / CB / T boards and check the
CB initialization parameters:

- P711.01 to P721.01 CB parameters 1 to 11

concerned (see fault value)
- Replace ADB
- Check the connection between the subrack
and the optional boards (LBA) and replace, if
necessary
