Safe stand-still function
Introduzione
EXP-SFTy
è la scheda
Safety
installata di serie
nei modelli SIEIDrive
AVy-...+SI
e
XVy-EV-...+SI
di Gefran.
La scheda è stata sviluppata per ottenere la funzio-
ne “
Safe stand-still
” ( “prevention of unexpected
start-up” ) senza l’utilizzo di contattori tra motori e
drive.
La funzione soddisfa i requisiti della categoria 3
della normativa EN 954-1: 1996 e EN1037 sezio-
ne 6. Inoltre, implementando la funzione, non è
necessario disalimentare il DC-link.
La funzione “Safe stand-still” viene eseguita disa-
bilitando il segnale di comando della sezione di
potenza del drive per evitare rotazioni del motore.
Il vantaggio dell’utilizzo della funzione è che non
è necessario inserire un contattore tra l’uscita del
drive e il motore.
La scheda è stata realizzata in diversi modelli in
funzione delle taglie dei drive:

Introduction
EXP-SFTy
is the
Safety
card installed as standard
on Gefran SIEIDrive
AVy-...+SI
and
XVy-EV-...+SI
models.
The card has been developed to obtain the “
Safe
stand-still
” function (“prevention of unexpected
start-up”) without using contactors between the
motors and drives.
The function meets the requirements for category 3
safety according to EN 954-1: 1996 and EN 1037
section 6. Moreover, when the function is imple-
mented there is no need to disconnect the DC-link.
The “Safe stand-still” function is performed by disa-
bling the command signal of the drive power sec-
tion to prevent motor rotations.
When this function is used a contactor is no longer
necessary between the drive output and the motor
