d. B rush and Brush spring .
1. Ch eck the length of th e brush .
A bru sh wo rn down to the wear limit
lin e should be replaced.
2. C h eck th e brush spring pressure and
make sure the brush moves smooth ly in
the brush ho lder.
7. R eassembly
Reverse th e disassembly procedu re except
for the following :
A. I nstalling rotor
Push brushes in to brush hold er, and insert
a wire to h old them in raised position
befo re install the rectifier and regulato r
assembly.
Install ro tor and remov e wire.

NOTE
：
Since rear bearing and rea r bracket fitting is tight, hea t th e b earing box in the rear b racket to
50
～ 60 ℃ before insta lling ro tor.
B. L ubrication to bea ring box fo r bea ring with resin band, grea se should no t be applied.
Remove oils co mp letely if found on the b earing b ox in th e rear bracket.
