①
Untighten the lock nut of the rod.
②
Start the engine and set the speed at 1000 - 1500
rpm.
③
Set the position control lever at the highest
position of the lever guide.
④
Move the feedback link back and forth to find the
relief valve operating position (engine sound
changes at this position). Move the lock nut
front-wards about 3 turns and fix.
Move the position control lever up and down
several times. Then, confirm that the play at the
lift arm end is
9mm
when the position control
lever is set at the uppermost lifting position.
2.
Draft control
①
Untighten the lock nut of the rod.
②
Remove the rod at the bracket side.
③
Set the position control lever at any lifting
position, and set the draft control lever at "-"
(forward) position.
④
Start the engine, and set at 1000-1500 rpm.
⑤
Move the feedback link in the arrow mark direction
(front of tractor), and adjust the rod to the bracket
mounting length immediately before the lift arm
starts lifting.
Turn the rod once from this length (to cause it to
be shortened), install to the bracket, and fix with
lock nut.
⑥
Set the position control lever at the uppermost
lifting position and the draft control lever at "+"
(rearward) position, set the position control lever
at the lowermost lowering position and confirm
that the lift arm lowers.
NOTE
:
1.
Adjust the position control first before adjusting the
draft control.
2.
Set the implement lowering speed adjusting valve
at the highest speed position
.(Full opened
position.)
3.
If the lift arm does not lower when checked, or the
lowering speed is slow, turn the rod once to be
shortened and check again.
