(1) Position control
・
Movement from neutral to lifting position
By setting the position control lever at the lifting position, the cam (A) is pushed down between the cam (B) and
pilot spool. At this time, the cam (B) is interconnected with the lift arm, and the implement is held. The pilot
spool is changed over to the lifting position, oil is fed to the hydraulic cylinder, and the implement is raised by lift
arm.
・
Movement from lifting to neutral position
When the lift arms rise, the rod (feedback link) is pushed to front, and the connecting rod is moved to rearward,
and cam (B) is turned dotted arrow direction.
The cam (A) is pushed by the spring at the back of the pilot spool, the pilot spool is gradually returned to the
neutral position.
Pump oil pressured flow is redirected to sump and lift arms stop rising.
NOTE:
The rod (feedback link) and control shaft are fixed by a spring pin.
・
Movement from neutral position to lowering position
When the lever is set at lowering position, the cam (A) is raised, the pilot spool is moved to the lowering position
(come out) by the force of the spring, and the oil in the cylinder flows to sump via the control valve.
When the lever is moved in the lowermost position, movement from the lift arm is not feedback to the pilot spool
even though the rod detects it, since the cam (A) has been pulled up.
(The implement moves according to the ground surface by stabilizing wheel, etc. installed to it. This position is
called floating range.)
