HEADLIGHT
Description
T h e h eadlights are located on the front of th e
engine hood.
T h e h eadlight assemblies con tain a bulb each
that may b e rep laced if the bulb burn s ou t.
Removal
To remove the h ead light b ulb as follows ：
1. D isconnect the negative battery cable
from th e b attery.
2. Disconnect the connecter fro m th e
defective headlight assemb ly.
3. Remove the rubber.
4. Tu rn the bulb support and pu ll out th e
bulb.
Inspectio n
NOTE
：
1. R epla ce th e headlight bulb with new
bulb .
2. Do no t tou ch naked fing ers to th e b ulb
glass.
Insp ect the bulb and filament for damage or
corrosion .
Replace as n ecessary.
Insta llatio n
1. Place the headlight bulb in place and
tu rn the bulb support to clockw ise so that
lo cks bulb i nto th e h ead light assembly.
2. Install the rubber on th e head light
assemb ly.
3. Install the conn ector on th e head light
termin al.
4. Install th e n egative terminal to th e
neg ativ e b attery terminal.
