SAFETY START SWITCHES
A. Ran ge gear safety start switch is a single pole, push bo ttom ty pe switch located on th e left
side rear transmission housing. W hen the range ch ange lever is engaged position, the
contacts in t he switch is open, not allowing tracto r to start.
B. Th e PTO （ r ear ） safety start switch is a single pole, push bu tton ty pe switch located on the
left side rear transmission hou sing. W h en th e PTO change lever is engaged position, the
con tact in the sw itch is o pen, not allo wing tractor to start.
C. Th e Mid PTO safety start sw itch is a single pole, push bu tton ty pe switch located on the
Mid PTO ch ange lev er link sy stem.
W h en th e Mid PTO change lever is engaged position,
th e contact in th e switch is open , not allow ing tracto r to start.
