4. POWER STEERING PIPING

Disassembling, inspection and assembling
① Replace the oil hose (8 and 9 in the figure below) if cracks, oil leakage, or other damages are noticed.
When replacing, wind new one with seal tape and tighten with specified torque.
PT 1/4 tightening torque N ・ m{kgf ･ m} 35.3 ｛ 3.6 ｝
NOTE
：
1. When winding seal tape on the pipe, be careful not to allow the tape flow into the hydraulic piping.
2. Right and left oil hoses are different in length. L=500mm, R=400mm.
② Tighten the adaptor （ 5 in the figure below ） with specified torque.

Tighten the oil pipe

Be careful to keep oil hoses and oil pipes off other part. Fix clamps securely.
