3. TRANSMISSION 2 FOR HST MODEL
（ 1-speed PTO with mid PTO ）

Disassembly
(1) Differential lock pedal
・
Differential shaft
・
Differential lock fork
① Remove the differential lock pedal, 1, and drive
out the spring pin, 4, on the left side of the shaft, 5.

Remove the spring, 2, and drive out the spring pin.,
6.
③
Pull out the differential lock shaft, 5, rightwards
and take out the spring, 7, and differential
lock-fork, 8.
NOTE
：
Remove the O-ring , 9 , at the shaft end before extracting
the shaft, 5.
(2) Main shaft
① Driving out the main shaft, 1 , front-wards together
with the bearing , 2, and snap ring, 3 , on the front
side, remove the fixed gears ( range ； H,L,M) and
collars (2 pcs), 5 .
② Remove the bearing, 8, from the housing.
(3) Differential support

Differential ass’y
①
Remove the right and left differential supports.
NOTE
：
1. Though the right and left differential supports are
the same, number and thickness of shims are
different and should be keep separately.
2. Remove the differential lock clutch on the left side.
② Remove the differential assembly.
