Reassembly

Reassemble units in the reverse order to disassembly,
taking care to the following points.

(1) Align the match marks on the hydraulic arm and

hydraulic arm shaft when installing.

(2) Install the lift arm at the angles of elevation and

depression as shown in the right figure.

(3) Coat an O-ring with sufficient oil and install.

(Do not use grease.)

(4) Install a packing care to the installing order.

(5) Coat the piston-piston rod contact areas with

grease and insert them from the cylinder head
side.

NOTE : Confirm that the piston rod is in the cylinder

when install the cylinder into the cylinder
housing.
