Defines the duty cycle of the generated pulses.
This setting only takes effect, if:

Fixed Duty Cycle is enabled (
[SENSe<Ch>:]PULSe:FXDCycle[:STATe] ON
)
Note that currently the exact value of the duty cycle can not be guaranteed. However,
you can be sure that the specified value is not exceeded.
